We bore and hone any motorcycle cylinder small to large. 2-stroke and 4-stroke.
Cylinder Sleeving
We can re-sleeve any cylinder to return your damaged cylinder back to serviceable condition. Have a Nickesil plated cylinder? We can sleeve with a cast iron sleeve and save you some $$$.
Cylinder Head machining and valve grinding
We do valve grinding and valve seat grinding and head surfacing.

Big Bore Kits
Want more power out of your ride? We offer big bore kits for both motorcycles and jet-skis. Some of the kits include thicker wall sleeves that we can install so that the cylinders can be bored larger than OEM. Get more HP for your ride.
Pistons
Let us provide pistions for your ride. We can provide WSM, Pro-X, Wiseco, Wassner, J&E, and many other brands of both cast and forged pistons for your ride.
Crankshaft and connecting rod assemblies
Don't put a worn out crank into a new engine build. Get a new crankshaft with new connecting rod and bearings. We can provide economical and OEM certified solutions.
Sleeves
Don't throw away that worn cylinder! We can re-sleeve the cylinder and return to OEM conditions and standard piston sizes.
Rebuild Gasket sets
Need a rebuild gasket set? We can get those. Upper end gasket sets, full engine gasket sets, or engine rebuild gasket sets.

We can provide OEM quality valves
Complete Engine kits
Send us your cylinders and engine info and we can provide new pistons, crankshaft and connecting rod assemblies, gasket sets, valves, valve springs, etc. so that you can get your ride back going.
Nickesil cylinders
We do not do Nickesil plating but have several vendors that can re-plate your cylinder.
We can also replace the nickesil cylinder with a cast iron sleeve. This offers an economical alternative to Nickesil plating

We are a full service machine shop that can provide whatever you may need to get you back to riding!

Include with your cylinder and engine parts with the shipment. Include a printed copy with your shipment.
